SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange only. Frozen Files will allow store credit and exchanges with receipt and the item in its original intact packaging. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. You must notify Frozen Files before attempting a return – unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Frozen Files sales receipt. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at info@FrozenFiles.net within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than on frozenfiles.net will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable and all sale items are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
Frozen Files credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
DELIVERY TIME
In stock items will generally be shipped within 2 business days. You should receive your order within 7 business days from the date of shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can select to send a package to ship with:
“Billing Address”—the same address as the billing address on your credit card. This information must be correct in order for your order to be processed.
“Shipping Address”—use as an alternate address or use this option to ship purchases to other locations. It is very important this is entered correctly and a phone number is included. Any additional charges imposed by the carrier caused by correcting an incorrect “ship to” address will be passed on to the purchaser.
